Combine all wonton filling ingredients in a bowl.
Place one teaspoon of this mixture in the center of a wonton wrapper; wet the edges and fold in half to create a triangle; wet the remaining tips and bring together; repeat with remaining wontons.
Bring all broth ingredients to a boil in a stock pot;
reduce heat to low; simmer 10 minutes.
Remove and discard garlic and ginger.
Add wontons; simmer ~5 minutes, until pork is cooked through.
