Waldorf Salad

What you Need

Cutting Board and Carving Knife
Bowl and Spoon

2 cups (2 apples) Granny Smith (green/tart) apples, diced

1 tablespoon sugar

2 teaspoons lemon juice

1 cup red grapes, halved

½ cup (~2 oz) pecan pieces

2 ribs (~1 cup) celery, diced

½ cup whipped cream

¼ cup mayonnaise

½ teaspoon salt

What to do

What to Do

Place diced apples in a large mixing bowl; add sugar and lemon juice; toss to coat.
Add celery, grapes, and pecans; toss to mix.
In a small bowl, gently mix mayonnaise and salt into whipped cream.
Fold whipped cream mixture into salad to coat.
Refrigerate salad 1-24 hours.
