Sweet Potato Chips

What you Need

Cutting Board and Carving Knife
Bowl and Spoon
Baking Sheet (Cookie Sheet)
Cooling Rack

2 sweet potatoes, thinly sliced, pressed until very dry

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

1 tablespoon cornstarch

1 tablespoon chili powder

2 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon mustard powder

2 teaspoons salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

What to Do

Preheat oven to 350°F; place wire rack on rimmed baking sheet.
Place sweet potatoes and oil in a resealable plastic storage bag; seal and toss until chips are evenly coated.
In a small mixing bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
Add mixture to storage bag, seal; toss until chips are coated in spice mixture.
Variations
Place sweet potatoes on wire rack in a single layer; work in batches, as needed.
Bake ~30 minutes, until chips look crispy and dry to touch.
