What you Need

4 tablespoon Craisins™ dried cranberries

4 tablespoons red cooking wine

¼ cup (2 oz) slivered almonds, toasted

½ cup (4 oz) crumbled blue cheese

12 oz mixed salad greens

1 cup raspberry vinaigrette dressing

What to do

What to Do

Soak the cranberries 6+ hours in wine.
Toss dressing with the salad greens, or serve dressing on the side.
Plate the salad; top with cheese, cranberries and almonds; serve.
This salad calls for soaked (6+ hours) dried cranberries
