What to Do

Combine hamburger, onion, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, Parmesan, egg, and bread crumbs in a large bowl; mix well with food-safe (vinyl or nitrile; powder-and latex-free) gloved hands.
Form .7 oz balls. (~30)
Place formed meatballs as a single layer in frying pan on medium heat; brown and turn until browned thoroughly. (if hamburger has high fat content, drain excess fat before proceeding)
Add spaghetti sauce to pan; bring to bubbly boil, lower heat and simmer covered 10-60 minutes.
Bring 6 cups of water to a boil; add 1 teaspoon salt.
Add uncooked spaghetti to water. (break spaghetti in half, if you wish, before dropping in the water)
Boil pasta according to package instructions (firm, al dente, tender); drain and serve.
Great with a side salad!
