Shrimp Cocktail

What you Need

Kettle
Colander

1 pound (21-30 count) raw large shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 tablespoon seafood seasoning (in cheese cloth or muslin sachet or tea ball infuser)

4 leaves lettuce

1 cup cocktail suace

What to do

What to Do

Place the seasoning sachet in a pot of water; bring to a boil over high heat.
Add thawed shrimp to boiling water; cook ~3 minutes, until shrimp are pink.
Drain, rinse and chill shrimp; discard seasoning.
Arrange shrimp as individual servings on a bed of lettuce and ice with a ramiken of sauce, or as a platter with a cup of sauce.
