Pub Burgers (or sliders)

What you Need

Cutting Board and Carving Knife
Mixing Bowl
Skillet (Frying Pan)
Spatual

1 pound hamburger

1 medium onion, diced

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon black pepper

4 oz mushrooms, diced

1 clove garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped fine

4 slices cheese of your choice

4 hamburger buns or 8 slider buns

What to Do

Place hamburger in a large bowl.
Add remaining ingredients. (no, not the cheese and buns, silly goose :)
Mix well with food-safe (vinyl or nitrile; powder-and latex-free) gloved hands.
Divide and form into 4 equal sized balls (or 8 balls for sliders).
Roughly flatten into patties. (imperfect edges make yummy finished product)
Fry or grill on medium heat until down-side is crispy brown.
Clean as you go
Flip your burgers; place a slice of cheese on each; fry or grill until the flip-side is crispy brown.
1 tablespoon fresh herb ≈ 1 teaspoon dried herb; ⅛ teaspoon garlic powder ≈ 1 clove pressed garlic ≈ ½ teaspoon minced garlic
