Parmesan Squash Rounds

What you Need

Cutting Board and Carving Knife
Baking Sheet (Cookie Sheet)

2 summer squash, or any combo

¼ teaspoon garlic powder

¼ teaspoon salt

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

What to do

What to Do

Preheat oven to 425°F; line a baking sheet with foil, or lightly coat with non-stick cooking spray.
Cut squash into ¼ -inch thick slices; pat all very dry.
Place squash rounds in a single layer on the prepared pan.
Sprinkle the squash with garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Spoon Parmesan cheese on each slice of squash.
Bake ~20 minutes, or until the Parmesan melts and turns golden brown.
