Oatmeal, Grits and Cornmeal

What you Need

1 cup cereal grain

4 cups water

1 teaspoon salt

What to do

What to Do

Bring water to a boil in a medium pot. Add grain and salt; reduce heat to low; simmer, stirring occasionally, ~20 minutes.
Remove from heat; let stand for two minutes.
Serve hot with choice of add-ons, or as a side.
