4 6 oz salmon filets, descaled, if not, patted dry
⅓ cup honey
¼ cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon black pepper
3 tablespoons olive oil
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 lemon, wedged or sliced
What to Do
In a small mixing bowl, whisk honey, soy sauce, lemon juice and crushed red pepper.
Place 2 tablespoons olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat; when oil is hot (not smoking) place salmon filets skin-side up in the skillet; cook ~6 minutes, until golden brown
Flip salmon; add remaining tablespoon of oil to skillet and season salmon with salt and pepper; add garlic and sauce mixture; cook until glaze is thickening.
Brush salmon with glaze; remove from heat; serve immediately.
