Honey Garlic Glazed Carrots

What you Need

Cutting Board and Carving Knife
Skillet (Frying Pan)
Cooking Spoon

1½ lbs (~7) carrots, sliced

¼ cup butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons honey

¼ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

What to Do

Preheat oven to 425°F. Coat a broiler pan or rimmed baking pan with non-stick cooking spray; set aside.
Melt butter over medium heat in a skillet; add garlic and cook for 3 minutes, until fragrant, stirring frequently.
Remove from heat; stir in honey, salt and pepper; mix well; add carrots to skillet; stir to coat carrots with the sauce.
Transfer carrots to baking pan; arrange in a single layer; bake ~20 minutes, until carrots are tender.
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
