12 oz gyro meat, sliced thin

2 roma tomatoes, sliced thin

1 medium onion, sliced thin

1 cup tzatziki sauce

4 loaves (2 oz each) pita bread

Heat pita bread and gyro meat on each side in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Assemble sandwiches by layering meat, tomato and onion slices on each pita; top with tzatziki sauce.
