1 cured bone-in ham of a weight you choose, with glaze packet and spiral cut, if desired

What to do

What to Do

Preheat oven to 325°F; remove ham from packaging.
Place ham, cut-end down; on a rack in a roasting pan.
In a small mixing bowl, prepare glaze according to package instructions, or make your own (see below left if you need a glaze recipe).
Brush exposed surface of ham with glaze mixture.
Cover ham with lid or aluminum foil and cook ~25 minutes per pound for hams under 10 pounds, or ~20 minutes per pound if over 10 pounds.
Clean as you go
Brush exposed surface of ham with glaze mixture again midway through cooking, re-cover.

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan, bring to a boil then lower the heat and simmer uncovered for 30 minutes, or until sauce is thickened.
