Four Ingredient Casserole

What you Need

Cutting Board and Carving Knife
Cooking Spoon
Skillet (Frying Pan)

1 pound hamburger (ground beef)

1 can cream of mushroom soup

16 oz shredded or diced frozen potatoes

8 oz shredded cheddar cheese

salt and pepper to taste.

What to Do

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Place hamburger in a skillet on medium heat; break up hamburger and stir until the beef is browned (if hamburger has high fat content, drain excess fat before proceeding).
Place browned hamburger mixture, soup, half of the cheese and the potatoes in a casserole and mix well.
Top with remaining cheese in an even layer.
Bake covered for 30 minutes; bake uncovered 30 minutes more.
Great with a side salad!
