Place eggs in an empty kettle; fill with cold tap water until eggs are covered by 1 inch of water.
Place on high heat and bring to a rolling boil; time boil for 2 minutes; remove from heat and cover for 23 minutes.
Uncover and run cold tap water until eggs are cool to the touch; peel each egg.
Cut each egg in half lengthwise; carefully remove each yolk into a small mixing bowl.
Add remaining ingredients to yolks and mix until smooth.
Spoon or pipe mixture to mounding into each egg white half.
