¼ cup milk

2 tablespoons butter

1 large onion, diced

¼ pound ham, diced (4 oz)

1 green bell pepper, diced

½ cup (2 oz) cheddar cheese, shredded

What to Do

Make each omelet individually in a crepe pan or small non-stick frying pan; scramble egg(s); pour egg(s) into pan over medium-low heat; swirl pan gently to spread egg(s) evenly in pan; let egg(s) cook, without disturbing, ~3 minutes.
Place filling atop one half of frying egg(s); flip open side over the filling; slide omelet onto a plate.
