Cucumber Salad

What you Need

4 cucumbers, peeled, thinly sliced

1 medium onion, thinly sliced

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

Creamy Dressing

1 cup prepared salad dressing

1 cup milk or half & half

¼ cup apple cider vinegar

2 tablespoons sugar

½ teaspoon celery seed

½ teaspoon black pepper

Vinagarette Dressing

½ cup vinegar

½ cup olive oil

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

2 tablespoons onion powder

2 tablespoons honey

2 teaspoons celery seed

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

What to do

What to Do

In a medium mixing bowl, combine sliced cucmber and onion in layers, generously shaking salt and pepper on each cucumber layer.
Once layered and seasoned, toss to mix well. Refrigerate 1-24 hours.
Combine dressing ingredients. Taste it! Adjust dressing to your taste.
Combine dressing mixture with cucumber and onion mix. Transfer to serving bowl.
