1 pound snow crab meat, cut into bitesized pieces; or imitation crabmeat
Dressing
1 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon hot sauce
½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
¼ teaspoon paprika
¼ teaspoon chili powder blend
⅛ teaspoon salt
⅛ teaspoon black pepper
What to Do
Once all ingedients are prepared, build invidual salads: fanned lettuce leaves, cucumber, tomatoes, eggs and crabmeat.
Serve with a ramekin of dressing on the side.
