What you Need

8 oz leaf lettuce, torn or chopped

4 eggs, hard-boiled (sliced or quartered)

4 cups chicken breasts, cooked, cubed

8 oz tomatoes, diced

1 cup blue cheese, crumbled

4 green onions, sliced thin

1 avocado, meat only, diced

8 oz ranch dressing, or salad dressing of choice

What to do

What to Do

Once all ingedients are prepared, build invidual salads: lettuce, chicken, tomatoes, blue cheese, onions and avacado.
Serve with a ramekin of ranch dressing, or salad dressing of choice on the side.
