What you Need

Cutting Board and Carving Knife

16 slices bread

16 pieces leaf lettuce

1 pound (16 oz) chicken breasts, cooked, cubed

½ cup mayonnaise

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

½ teaspoon seasoned salt

1 rib (~⅓ cup) celery, diced

½ medium (~¼ cup) onion, diced

What to do

What to Do

Combine mayonnaise, mustard, and seasoned salt in a medium mixing bowl.
Add chicken, celery and onion; mix well.
Spoon and spread chicken mixture on half the bread slices; top with 2 leaves lettuce and a bread slice.
Great recipe for leftovers!
