Chef’s Salad

What you Need

Cutting Board and Carving Knife
Bowl and Spoon

8 oz leaf lettuce, torn or chopped

8 oz cured ham, cubed

8 oz block Colby jack/cheddar cheese, cubed

1 cucumber, sliced (quartered or halved, if you wish)

24 cherry tomatoes (quartered or halved, if you wish)

½ cup frozen peas, thawed (or fresh)

4 slices bacon, crispy and crumbled

4 green onions, sliced

1 carrot, grated

4 eggs, hard-boiled (sliced or quartered)

8 oz salad dressing of choice

What to do

What to Do

Once all ingedients are prepared, build invidual salads: lettuce, ham, cheese, cucumbers, tomatoes, peas, bacon, onions, carrots, and eggs.
Serve with a ramekin of dressing choice on the side.
