What you Need

1 pound fresh cod filet (or frozen filet thawed)

1 lemon, sliced

Seasoned Butter Baste

3 tablespoons butter, melted

1 teaspoon seafood seasoning

¼ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

¼ teaspoon garlic powder

What to Do

Preheat oven to 425°F; coat a baking pan with non-stick cooking spray or line with aluminum foil.
Create a bed of lemon slices and place cod filets on these slices.
Brush filets with seasoned butter baste.
Bake ~12 minutes, until fish flakes easily with a fork.
