Avocado Salad

What you Need

Cutting Board and Carving Knife

2 cups (2 medium avocados) avocados, cubed

2 cups (1 large) cucumber, cubed

1 red, orange or yellow bell pepper (for color and crunch), diced

2 green onions, sliced thin

3 tablespoons lime juice

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 clove garlic, minced

¼ teaspoon salt

What to do

What to Do

In a large bowl, whisk together the lime juice, olive oil, garlic and salt.
When ready to serve, add avocado, cucumber, peppers, green onions; gently toss to coat; serve with hot sauce.
