8 oz mushrooms, sliced

4 slices bread

4 slices large tomato

What to Do

Cook sausage and bacon in a large frying pan, or on a griddle, over medium heat; transfer to an oven-safe plate; keep warm in oven at 250°F.
In the fat from the bacon cook the mushrooms and tomato slices; transfer to oven to keep warm.
Add bread to pan or griddle; cook until browned; flip and brown second side.
Add eggs; cook each to desired done-ness.
