8 slices bread

4 large eggs

1 cup milk

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 tablespoon butter

What to Do

Whisk together eggs, milk and cinnamon in a medium mixing bowl.
Melt and spread butter in a skillet or on a griddle over medium heat.
Drench each slice of bread in egg mixture; set in skillet or on griddle; flip when one side of bread is browned. (~4 minutes per side)

To make bread slices more absorbent, set out to dry out a bit (1+ hours) before drenching in egg mixture.
