Tuna Salad Sandwich

What you Need

16 oz canned tuna, drained

¾ cup mayonnaise

1 rib celery, chopped fine

2 tablespoons red onion, minced

2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 clove garlic, minced

¼ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

16 slices bread

16 leaves lettuce

What to Do

Combine the tuna, mayonnaise, celery, red onion, relish, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper in a mixing bowl.
Spoon this mixture equally on half the bread slices.
Top each with two lettuce leaves, followed by another slice of bread.
