What you Need

Cutting Board and Carving Knife
Panini Press

8 slices ciabatta bread

4 tablespoon mayonnaise

2 teaspoons olive oil

8 oz deli sliced roasted chicken

4 slices Swiss or provolone cheese

12 slices Genoa salami

16 slices pepperoni rounds

4 oz thin-sliced pastrami

4 leaves lettuce

4 strips bacon

6 slices tomato

What to do

What to Do

Spread mayonnaise on each slice of bread; brush the flip sides of bread slices with olive oil.
Assemble the sandwiches by layering chicken, cheese, salami, pepperoni, pastrami, lettuce, bacon and tomato on half the slices (mayonnaise side up); top with remaining bread slices (mayonnaise side down).
Place sandwiches on panini press preheated to 400°F; adjust cover to sandwich thickness; close press and grill ~6 minutes, until bread is toasted and cheese has melted.
