What you Need

Cutting Board and Carving Knife
Bowl

6 eggs, hard-boiled and peeled

½ cup mayonnaise

1 rib (~⅓ cup) celery, diced

1 medium (~½ cup) onion, diced

½ teaspoon paprika

½ teaspoon salt

⅛ teaspoon black pepper

12 slices bread

12 leaves lettuce

What to do

What to Do

Break up hard-boiled eggs with pastry cutter until it resembles crumbs.
Add mayonnaise, celery, onion, paprika, salt and pepper; mix well.
Spoon egg mixture on half the bread slices.
Top egg mixture with a leaf of lettuce, followed by remaining bread slices.
Great Recipe for leftovers!
