What you Need

Cutting Board and Carving Knife
Broiler Pan
Cooking Spoon
Tongs
Bread Knife

12 slices bread, lightly toasted

6 tablespoons mayonnaise

½ pound (8 oz) deli sliced ham

½ pound (8 oz) deli sliced roasted chicken breast

12 slices crispy bacon

4 slices cheese of choice

4 leaves lettuce

2 Roma tomatoes, sliced thin

What to do

What to Do

Spread mayonnaise on each slice of bread.
Assemble the sandwiches by layering cheese, bacon, lettuce, tomato, slice of bread, chicken, ham; top with remaining bread slices.
Use serrated knife to cut each sandwich in half; insert bamboo skewer through each sandwich half; serve.
