What you Need

Cutting Board and Carving Knife

1 head iceberg lettuce, cored and quartered

4 slices bacon, cooked to crispy, crumbled

1 cup cherry tomatoes

1 tablespoon fresh chives, diced

½ cup blue cheese dressing

¼ cup blue cheese crumbled

What to do

What to Do

Set each quartered wedge of lettuce on a plate, wedge point up.
Top each quartered wedge of lettuce with chives, crumbled blue cheese and bacon.
Set cherry tomatoes beside the lettuce wedge along with a ramekin of blue cheese dressing.
