What you Need

Cutting Board and Carving Knife
Mixing Bowl

1 pound lean ground beef

1 oz taco seasoning

6 cups lettuce(s) of your choice

What to Do

Brown beef over medium heat; drain any excess fat.
Add taco seasoning and ½ cup water; simmer ~five minutes, until thickened.
Place lettuce in a large bowl; serve with prepared beef and choice of toppings.
Great recipe for leftovers!
Topping suggestions diced tomatoes; green onions, sliced thin; shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream; guacamole; hot sauce
