1 cucumber, cubed
1 pint (16 oz) grape tomatoes, halved
2 bell peppers, red and/or orange, diced
½ cup pitted Greek olives
½ cup feta cheese crumbled
⅓ cup red onion, diced
½ cup vinagrette dressing
What to Do
Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and rinse with cold water; set aside.
