What you Need

Cutting Board and Carving Knife
Bowl and Spoon

1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, drained

3 oz red onion, sliced thin

8 oz pearl mozzarella

4 tablespoons fresh basil leaves, chopped

3 tablespoons balsamic glaze

What to do

What to Do

Place tomatoes, mozzarella, red onion and basil in a mixing bowl; toss to combine.
Gradually drizzle salad mixture with balsamic glaze and season with salt and pepper; tossing to incorporate.
Turn all into a serving bowl and garnish with additional drizzle of glaze and fresh basil leaves.
1 tablespoon fresh herb ≈ 1 teaspoon dried herb

1. Place all in a small saucepan over medium-high heat and bring to a bubbly boil; reduce heat to low; simmer ~15 minutes 2. Stir occasionally until reduced by half and lightly coats the back of a spoon.
