Apple Walnut Salad

What you Need

Salad

6 cups mixed lettuce greens

⅓ cup crumbled feta cheese

1 apple, diced

1 cup (~4 oz) walnuts, chopped

½ cup dried cranberries

Dressing

1 cup apple juice

¼ cup apple cider vinegar

2 tablespoons honey

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

What to Do

Mix dressing ingredients in a small bowl; set aside.
Toss salad ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
When ready to serve, add dressing to salad; toss to coat.
