Killer Chili

What you Need

Cutting Board and Carving Knife

1 pound ground beef

1 medium onion, diced

1 packet (1.25 oz) medium Chili seasoning mix

1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained

1 can (16 oz) kidney beans, undrained

What to do

What to Do

Place hamburger and onion in a medium kettle on medium heat.
Break up and stir occasionally as hamburger browns (if hamburger has high fat content, drain excess fat before proceeding).
Add Chili mix and cans of tomatoes and beans.
Mix well and bring to a boil; reduce heat to low and simmer 15-60 minutes (this is a patient simmer; you choose the time).
Clean as you go
Halve it, double it, triple it…just do the math!
