What to Do

Preheat oven to 350°F
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well with food-safe (vinyl or nitrile; powder-and latex-free) gloved hands.
Again with gloved hands, place mixture in a loaf pan or shape the mixture into a loaf shape and place on broiler pan or other oven-safe pan that allows fats to drain during baking.
Bake 1 hour if on a draining (broiler) pan, or 1½ hours if in a loaf pan.
Remove from oven and let rest 5 minutes; slice and serve with your choice of sides.
Great with a side salad!
