Place the seasoning sachet in a pot of water; bring to a boil over high heat.
Add thawed shrimp to boiling water; cook ~3 minutes, until shrimp are pink.
Drain, rinse and chill shrimp; discard seasoning.
Arrange shrimp as individual servings on a bed of lettuce and ice with a ramiken of sauce, or as a platter with a cup of sauce.
