Using a 3-inch biscuit cutter, cut four circles out of each tortilla.
Press each cut tortilla circle into the well of two muffin pans (24).
Spoon ½ teaspoon pizza sauce into each well.
Place one pepperoni slice over sauce in each well.
Top each with mozzarella.
Bake ~12 minutes, until edges are golden.
Gently run a table knife around each pizza bite. Remove and serve.
