Spinach and Artichoke Dip

What you Need

Cutting Board and Carving Knife
Bowl and Spoon
Baking Dish (No Lid Casserole)

8 oz cream cheese, softened

¼ cup sour cream

¼ cup mayonnaise

1 clove garlic, minced

¾ cup shredded Parmesan cheese

½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

¼ teaspoon black pepper

1 can (~14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained, patted dry, chopped fine

6 oz fresh spinach, stems removed, chopped fine

What to Do

Spray the inside of a small baking dish with a non-stick cooking spray, or wipe with a vegetable oil.
In a mixing bowl, stir together cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic, Parmesan, mozzarella and pepper.
Stir in artichokes and spinach.
Spread mixture evenly into prepared baking dish.
Preheat oven to 350°F.
When ready to serve, bake uncovered ~30 minutes.
