What you Need

Cutting Board and Carving Knife

24 (~7 oz) cherry tomatoes

24 pearls (~2 oz) mozzarella pearls

24 leaves (~1 oz) basil leaves

½ cup balsamic glaze

salt

black pepper

skewers or round toothpicks

What to Do

Place a tomato, basil leaf and mozzarella pearl onto a toothpick or small skewer; place on a serving platter; repeat.
Just before serving, sprinkle skewers with salt and pepper; drizzle balsamic glaze over skewers and serve immediately.
