Baby-back Pork Ribs

What you Need

1 full rack (~2 pounds) baby-back pork ribs

1 cup barbecue sauce

Rub

2 teaspoons salt

2 teaspoons black pepper

2 teaspoons paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon ground mustard

What to Do

Combine Rub ingredients, or measure ~3 tablespoons of prepared rub mix.
Preheat oven to 250°F; remove silver skin from the underside of the rib rack.
Rub both sides and ends of the rack with the rib rub mixture.
Place the full rack, meat side up, in a large baking dish; cut the rack’s length in half if needed to fit and lay side-by-side in the pan.
Cover pan with lid or foil; bake for three hours.
Clean as you go
Uncover pan; brush top of rack with barbecue sauce; bake 30 minutes; baste again with sauce; bake an additional 30 minutes.
⅛ teaspoon garlic powder ≈ 1 clove pressed garlic ≈ ½ teaspoon minced garlic
