2 pounds pork tenderloin roast

1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves, stripped from stem

1 tablespoon fresh rosemary leaves, stripped from stem

1 tablespoon fresh basil leaves, chopped

1 clove garlic, minced

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

What to Do

Combine the herbs, salt and pepper in a small bowl.
Wearing nitrile gloves, rub the entire surface of your roast with this seasoning mixture.
Preheat oven to 325°F; place roast on a rack in a roasting pan.
Cook ~25 minute per pound.
Clean as you go
Let roast rest ~10 minutes before carving.
