Za’atar Chicken

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons za’atar blend

2 tablespoons lemon juice

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 clove garlic, minced

What to Do

Place chicken breasts between plastic wrap and pound each to an even thickness for even cooking.
Place chicken, za’atar blend, salt, lemon juice, olive oil, and garlic in a resealable gallon plastic storage bag; seal the bag; toss to coat; refrigerate for 2 to 24 hours.
Preheat oven to 400°F; line a baking pan with aluminum foil or coat with cooking spray.
Place chicken breasts in the prepared pan and sprinkle with za’atar blend.
Roast ~25 minutes.
This dish calls for a marinade of 2-24 hours
